Workshop Title: 2026 Updates in Employment Law 

Presenter: Noah Hill

Presenter Bio: Noah is an associate attorney at Worden Thane P.C. in Missoula. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Montana, first earning his undergraduate degree in microbiology before going on to complete his law degree, both with honors. A Montana native, Noah was raised along with his siblings in Kalispell where his parents both worked as educators. Noah has a deep connection with western Montana and is grateful to be practicing law in his home state. Noah particularly enjoys advising clients who need assistance with intellectual property, business, employment, and estate planning matters. He values fostering strong and trusting relationships with his clients where lines of communication are always open. He understands that each situation is unique and prides himself on his commitment to serving each client’s needs with great care and integrity. Noah considers himself blessed to work in a field that he loves while utilizing his strengths to serve others.

Workshop Description: A presentation covering recent regulatory and legislative employment law changes, along with a review of significant employment law cases.
